Just a quick note for all the folks who are going to get an appraisal done on their homes. Please make sure you have functioning carbon monoxide detector or CO detector installed.

You can find the CO detector regulations here from California Association of Realtors.

In case you do not have CO detector installed, the Appraiser will have to come back to check, and that additional cost will be charged to your appraisal cost.
